Dispatch Leads Pro is a subscription-based software platform that enables HVAC businesses to receive and manage customer service requests. The platform uses AI to classify leads by urgency and delivers SMS notifications to registered business owners for high-priority service requests.
By registering for Dispatch Leads Pro, HVAC business owners consent to receive SMS notifications from our platform regarding customer service requests and account activity. Message frequency varies based on the volume of customer submissions received. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message or contact support@dispatchleadspro.com. To get help, reply HELP to any message.
Dispatch Leads Pro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use Dispatch Leads Pro only for lawful business purposes related to HVAC service management. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dispatchleadspro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Dispatch Leads Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed leads, failed SMS deliveries, or business losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be discontinued at the end of the current billing period.
